Manage the notifications you receive from MatjarUK
MatjarUK sends only transactional and operational notifications triggered by real platform events. We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional content of any kind.
Below you can see the notification categories and their configurability. To change your preferences, log in to your MatjarUK dashboard and navigate to Settings โ Notifications.
These notifications cannot be disabled. They protect your account security, ensure billing accuracy, and deliver critical service information required by our Terms of Service.
Password resets, MFA codes, suspicious login attempts, access changes
Invoice notifications, payment confirmations, failed payment alerts
Platform outages, emergency maintenance, data breach notifications, Terms/Policy changes
You can enable or disable these categories individually from your dashboard. Disabling them does not affect essential notifications.
Notifications when orders are routed to a fulfilment location
Low-stock, out-of-stock, and reorder-point triggers
Purchase-order submissions, delivery confirmations, invoice matches
End-of-day summary of orders, stock movements, and channel performance
Shift changes, new roster assignments, schedule reminders
Essential notifications cover security, billing, and critical service communications that are necessary for the safe operation of your account. They are required by our Terms of Service and applicable regulations.

Log in to your MatjarUK dashboard, go to Settings โ Notifications, and toggle individual categories on or off. Changes take effect immediately.
